SteemCN 改版
SteemCN的网页用了老版的steemit前端好几年，是时候换新版了
看到有个开源的steem网页：https://github.com/faisalamin9696/steempro-next
基本老版前端有的都有，还有其他新的功能比如定时发帖等。代码fork下来修改了一些后就部署替代原来的SteemCN
