公司还真准备上市
今天有个新CEO见面会，公司老板和投资机构都来了
投资机构在见面会上给我们员工画大饼，推出共享所有权计划
计划中提到，根据公司的营收，员工工资外还会额外分享公司收益，公司收益越多，分的就越多
听起来就像股权，但是不是给股份而是现金
这计划基本是为了IPO做准备，看起来公司离上市不远了
