部门试行4.5天工作制
部门不知道为什么突然开窍，试行了4.5天工作制，周一到周四到公司上班 周五在家上班 如果这周的工作任务已经完成 下午可以直接休假不用上班
目前暂定6,7,8月份试行
这周是第三周试行这个工作制，在家上班挺爽的 下午还可以不用上班 更爽了
希望试行顺利，最后变成固定工作制
