完成任务有的获得UNP奖励，有的获得DNP奖励
UNP在测试网结束的时候，可以1:1换取主网的NEAR
DNP在测试网结束的时候，会按1:500 NEAR的比例，获得项目方质押，为期1年
看了一下，完成所有任务最多可以获得160 NEAR和45000NEAR质押1年
