好久没收到有价值的空投了，这次的空投是来自ICON网络上一个叫Omm的空投
空投条件是：
- 在7月31日前在Balanced上提供流动，用户可获得100 OMM奖励
- 在7月31日参与过Balanced或者ICONbet的治理投票，用户可获得100 OMM
- 在8月19日前，参与Omm的测试网并填写discord表格的用户可获得400 OMM
- 7月31日前，使用过AAVE或者Compound的用户可获得100 OMM。只限前1600名
