修改Dark Forest插件
这几天在玩Dark Forest的游戏，由于这一轮寻找神器也有积分，所以用这个寻找神器的插件比较多: https://github.com/darkforest-eth/plugins/blob/master/content/artifacts/hunt-artifacts/plugin.js
但是这个插件有一个小问题，那就是无论什么等级的星球都会去寻找，甚至0或者1级的星球
0级或者1级的星球上找到的神器，运气好找到普通神器，运气不好什么都没有还浪费了gas。再加上就算找到普通神器，积分也就增加5000分，实在不值得浪费精力去0级或1级的星球上
所以对这个插件进行了修改，添加了过滤星球等级的功能
这样就可以过滤掉那些低等级的星球
