STEEM 的又一个新链（将空投Steem用户）
Steem 才分家不久，又一个Steem新链开始折腾了
这个新链叫Blurt，由前steemit前员工birdinc弄的，目前还在召集团队开始开工
这个是Blurt链的一些计划：
几个要点：
- 移除踩
- 重设通货膨胀率（10%开始，20年后1%）
- 7月4日上线并给予Steem用户空投（没有黑名单）
- regent账号2年内将持有大量股权，用于给见证人或DAO投票，2年后资产或股权销毁
值得注意的是，7月4日上线时，只有cli钱包功能能用
对于我们这些普通用户，只能静静地吃瓜等空投了
