Steem富豪榜
瓜子@iguazi123刚在群里问在哪里可以看到Steem目前的用户财富情况
可惜这类工具在steem上已经没了。刚好我之前写了一个Blurt的富豪榜的工具，稍微修改一下就可以弄成steem富豪榜了

可以通过这个富豪榜了解谁是steem上的大富豪，哪些大户在power down，谁收到的代理最多，等等
可以通过这个排行榜大概了解steem的情况
富豪榜里没有包括SBD，因为blurt那边没有SBD
因为赶着睡觉，所以没来得及修改。等有空在改改
