Keybase 将不会给予github或者HackerNews参与用户空投XLM
之前分享过Keybase的分享20亿XLM的空投活动：Keybase 总数20亿个XLM 空投
要获得XLM空投，需要9月9日前注册keybase/github/hackerNews账号才能参与。
但是今天看到空投更新，由于部分人为了获得空投，黑了别人的github和hackerNews账号。所以keybase决定停止对github和hackerNews用户进行空投，空投只会给予9月9日前注册参与的keybase用户
